The Ideal Logic S15 system gas boiler has been designed to be compact in size and lightweight, perfect for smaller homes with limited space. Its size means that it can be installed discreetly into your standard kitchen cupboard, out of sight, out of mind. However, it is important to note that when purchasing a new or replacement system boiler, that you will need to accommodate for the extra cylinder alongside your boiler. Hot water cylinders are often located in an airing cupboard of a property.

With an output of 15kW, this system boiler is powerful enough to heat homes with up to 10 radiators and a bathroom. However, if your home requires a higher kW output, then the Ideal Logic range offers the S18 (18kW), the S24 (24kw) and the S30 (30kW) as alternatives to meet your demands.

The Ideal Logic S15 system boiler has an efficiency rating of 93% and an ErP A-rating for central heating, meaning that this system boiler could potentially help you save money on your energy bills and also reduce your carbon footprint.

The benefits of having a system boiler are that your hot water is literally ‘on tap’ (excuse the pun). This is because system boilers store the heated water from the boiler unit itself, in a separate hot water cylinder, ready for when you need it. System boilers are ideal for homes with a high demand for hot water.

The Ideal Logic S18 boiler size means that it can be installed discreetly into your standard kitchen cupboard so you don’t have to worry about it ruining your aesthetics.

However, it is important to note that when purchasing a new or replacement system boiler, you will need to accommodate for the extra cylinder alongside your boiler. Hot water cylinders are often installed in an airing cupboard or similar size space in your home.

With an output of 18kw, the S18 boiler is middle of the Ideal Logic range when it comes to energy output. This system boiler is powerful enough to heat homes with up to 10 to 15 radiators and a bathroom. If your home requires a higher output reach, then the Ideal Logic range offers the S24 (24kw) and the S30 (30kW) as alternatives to meet your demands.

The benefits of having a system boiler are that your hot water is ready when you are. With system boilers, the water is heated, and stored in a hot water cylinder, ready for when you need it.

The Ideal Logic S24 is best suited to medium-sized homes with up to 15 radiators and a bathroom. If your home has a higher demand for central heating, Ideal has designed the Logic S30, with an output of 30kW, which is perfect for homes with up to 20 radiators. However, if you are looking for a new system boiler with a lesser output rating, the S15 (15kW) and the S18 (18kW) are available.

The benefit of having a system boiler is that the water is heated and stored in a hot water cylinder where it remains until you turn on a tap, bath, or shower. By working in this way, system boilers can meet higher demands for domestic hot water than a combi boiler – great for homes with multiple bathrooms.

With a high-efficiency rating of 93% and an ErP A-rating for heat, the Ideal Logic System S30 is one of the most efficient system boilers on the market. This system boiler could potentially help you to save money on your energy bills.

If your home has lesser demand for central heating and hot water, there are alternative, less powerful system boilers in the Ideal Logic range. These include the S15 (15kW output) the S18 (18kW output) and the S24 with an output of 24kW. These outputs are better suited to homes with between 10 and 15 radiators.

The benefit of having a system boiler is that the water is heated up and then stored in a hot water cylinder where it remains until you need it, whether it be for filling the sink, having a shower, or running a nice bath after a cold winter evening.

This type of system can meet higher demands for hot water, which is why it is often chosen instead of a combi. However, it is important to note that when purchasing a new or replacement system boiler, you will need to accommodate room in your home for the hot water cylinder as well as your boiler. Therefore, if your home has limited space, you may want to consider a combi boiler instead.
