HomeZilla home care plans

All WarmZilla boiler installations come with a one-year installation guarantee, in addition to up to ten years manufacturer’s warranty.

To ensure your manufacturer’s warranty is kept valid, you will need to ensure your boiler is serviced annually. All HomeZilla care plans come with an annual service worth £102 (or a CP12 for landlord plans).

WarmZilla offers a range of boiler cover and care plans for your home. Choose the level of cover you need and relax, knowing we’ve got you covered.

Paying by monthly Direct Debit allows you to spread the costs of your care plan. Plans start from just 28p per day on the Basic Plan with an £99 excess fee, plus an annual boiler service as standard.

If you don’t want to pay an excess fee you don’t have to, your monthly fee will go up a bit but you won’t need to pay anything if you need to make a claim.

    Home Covers

    For emergency repairs (uncontrollable water leaks), our average response time is two hours. For urgent repairs (loss of heat or hot water), our average response time is 24/48 hours. We will try our best to schedule all other general repairs for a day and time slot to suit you.

    Absolutely, our engineers are vetted to ensure the highest possible standards and are regularly checked and/or audited. 

    Yes, contact centre and head office are both based in the UK. 

    Yes, we cover all areas of the UK through our network of gas safe registered engineers and partnerships with most major boiler and appliance manufacturers.

    We service and repair all makes and models of domestic boilers that are powered by natural gas, except Potterton Powermax, Chaffoteaux, and Elm Le Blanc. We do not service or repair: LPG boilers, thermal store boilers, solid fuel boilers, oil boilers, electric boilers, back boilers, or dual purpose boilers.
