HomeZilla home care plans

All WarmZilla boiler installations come with a one-year installation guarantee, in addition to up to ten years manufacturer’s warranty.

To ensure your manufacturer’s warranty is kept valid, you will need to ensure your boiler is serviced annually. All HomeZilla care plans come with an annual service worth £102 (or a CP12 for landlord plans).

    Get peace of mind with a HomeZilla care plan

    WarmZilla offers a range of care plans for your home. Choose the level of cover you need and relax, knowing we’ve got you covered.

    Paying by monthly Direct Debit allows you to spread the costs of your care plan. Plans start from just 44p per day on the Basic Plan with an £89 excess fee.

    If you don’t want to pay an excess fee, you don’t have to, your monthly fee will go up a bit but you won’t need to pay anything if you need to make a claim.

    Home Covers

    Even if your boiler is quite new and still under the manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee, the HomeZilla ‘Extra’ plan covers your entire heating system – flues, radiators, thermostats, pipework, the lot. Giving you total peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, you can rely on us to fix it. Unlimited callouts are included as part of your plan.     Even if your boiler is under a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty, most manufacturers will only honour the warranty if the boiler has been annually serviced by a Gas Safe engineer.

    Our ‘Service Plan’ is a great way to spread the payments for your boiler service over a year, and it’s one less thing to remember to sort out as we’ll be in touch one month before your service is due to get it booked in at a convenient time.
