- Ensure the correct gas and flow temperatures are present.
- Check all seals.
- Ensure all safety devices are operational.
- Clean and check all electrical connections.
- Clear the condensate trap, if required.

- Provide advice on correct operational use.
- No boiler repairs are made during the service.

Does an Annual Boiler Service include my Central Heating?
Your Annual Boiler Service does not include checking your central heating, but if you are worried, we do offer Home Cover Plans that cover things like your central heating, home electrics and more!
