We have pay in one go through Stripe, interest-free 0%, and interest-bearing finance options, from 12-months to 10-years, so we cover a wide range of solutions

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Our boiler finance option is simple. When selecting your boiler or EV package, you’ll see a ‘view finance options’ button. Our super-easy to use finance calculator will show you a few different options and you can increase or decrease the payments over time to suit you. 

When you go through the checkout process you will be redirected by our finance provider – Novuna, where you will fill out an application form to apply for finance on your new EV or boiler package. The acceptance rate is high, so even if you have bad credit you could still be approved for finance.

Yes. You’ll need to contact Novuna (our finance provider) for this and they will provide you with a settlement figure.

Yes. Our finance providers Novuna, are regulated for such purposes and have a secure site. 

No, the deposit is optional. You can put anything from 0 – 50% of the total amount for a deposit on your new boiler. 

Yes, you can pay for your boiler over the phone. If you would like to do this then please call 02921 684 432

We use the highest level of security for payments. In the rare occasion your card is declined, you will need to contact your bank to activate the payment to allow the high purchase amount to go through. 

Refunds take anywhere between 5-10 days to be returned from the date it was requested. This is stipulated in our Terms and Conditions under Cancellation and Refunds, point 7. 

You will not be charged any extra as the quote is fixed.
