We won’t be able to complete your installation as you have specified in your survey answers that you live on or above the 2nd floor with a vertical flue. Scaffolding may be required to complete your installation.
If it takes longer than ten seconds to fill up a pint glass then you have low water pressure coming into the property. In this case changing from a system boiler to a combi boiler would not be suitable.
Back boilers are no longer fitted in the U.K due to them not being energy-efficient. Back boilers are usually around 70% energy-efficient compared to 90% and over for modern boilers.
