Baxi 616 Regular Boiler

The Baxi 616 has an output of 16kW, perfect for smaller homes with up to 10 radiators. The 616 is one of the least powerful regular boilers in its range. If your home has a higher demand for central heating and hot water, the Baxi 619, 625 or 630 may be better suited to your home, with outputs ranging from 19kW to 30kW. For smaller homes that have lesser demand, the Baxi 613 is also available.

It is important to note when purchasing a new or replacement regular boiler, that you will need to accommodate for an additional cold water storage tank, that is typically located in the attic of your home, as well as a hot water tank, usually installed in an airing cupboard. For this reason, regular boilers are not recommended for smaller homes with limited space. 

However, a regular boiler could be perfect for you and your family if space is not an issue in your home, as they provide instant hot water whenever needed.
