The Baxi 800 system boiler range has two boiler models with outputs of 18kW and 24kW. This particular model, the 824 is the most powerful of the two, being powerful enough to comfortably heat a medium-sized home with up to 15 radiators and a main bathroom. However, if your home does not require this demand for central heating and hot water, then an 18kW system boiler model is also available.
