The Baxi 825 has an output of 25kW which is powerful enough to heat a home with up to 15 radiators and 1 – 2 bathrooms. If your home has a higher demand for central heating and instant hot water, you may want to consider the Baxi 830. Meanwhile, the Baxi 816 is also available for homes with lesser demand. 

It is important to note when purchasing a new or replacement heat-only boiler, that you will need to make sure you have extra room for a hot water storage tank, which is usually located in an airing cupboard of your home, as well as a cold water tank and a feed, that is installed in the attic. Therefore, if you have a smaller home with limited space, you may want to consider the Baxi 800 combi or system boiler range, as these may be more suitable for your home. 

If space is not an issue in your home, then a regular boiler could be the perfect model of boiler for you, as it provides instant hot water and the unit itself is compact and lightweight for easy installation and future maintenance when needed.
