It is important to note when purchasing a new or replacement system boiler, that although the boiler unit itself is compact, you will need to have space for an additional sealed hot water storage tank. This is because system boilers are fed with cold water directly from the mains, this water is then heated in the boiler and then it’s transferred into a sealed hot water tank for when needed.

However, if space in your home is not limited and you require instant hot water, system boilers could be the perfect option for you. The Potterton Assure range is also available as a combi boiler for those with limited space in their home.

The Assure 12kW is suitable for smaller homes with up to 10 radiators and a bathroom. If your home requires a higher demand, the Assure 15kW, 18kW, or 24kW are available.
