The Potterton Titanium 18kW regular gas boiler is mid-range when it comes to energy output rating in this range. With an output rating of 18kW, this boiler is perfectly suited to smaller homes with up to 15 radiators and a bathroom. However, if your home requires a higher output then the Potterton Titanium regular range also includes outputs of 24kW and 30kW. Meanwhile, the 12kW and 15kW are also available for those with lesser demand.

Regular boilers are ideal for homes that have a high demand for central heating and hot water, however, they are not recommended for homes with limited space. This is because they need to be installed with a hot water storage cylinder, a cold water tank a feed, and an expansion tank.
