Service Plan – Landlord
The Landlord Service Plan includes an annual boiler service carried out by a Gas Safe engineer. After your service has been carried out you will be provided with a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate.
We’ll contact you (or your tenant) one month prior to your service due date to get a convenient date and time booked in. If you require additional safety checks (i.e gas fires) to be carried out during the service, please get in touch with us after you’ve signed up to discuss the additional fee.
Our Service Plan does not include the repair/replacement of your boiler, controls, flue, central heating system, pipework, heat pumps, or showers/taps.
