A 1 hour call out inspection – Our engineer will investigate the boiler issue, diagnose, and potentially complete the repair. If this is not possible then a quote for the boiler repair will be issued to you. You do not have to proceed with the quote if you don't want to.

Your quote will be valid for 7 days, for which we will follow up with you if you would like to proceed with the work. There is no obligation to proceed with the quote, you will retain control during this process.

There will be an upfront payment for each service. For the Total Boiler Repair Service, this will be the only payment you make. For the Boiler Repair Callout Service, there may be further charges quoted to you, though you will have the final say whether you would like that work carried out.

With our Repair & Care plan, you not only get your boiler repaired, but also receive an annual boiler service – all covered within the plan's terms. This is a minimum 12-month plan. Landlords will get a CP12 instead of an annual service.
