"What do I get with the Callout Service?"
We will send a WarmInstaller, local heating engineer to your address. They will then investigate your heating and diagnose the issue. If they can repair the issue within the hour, there will be no additional costs. If they are required to come back and also acquire parts, they will issue a quote to you, which you have the option to turn down or accept.
"How is the Total Heating Repair Service Different?"
With our Total Heating Repair Service, you are able to buy a one time fee and we will perform a complete repair of your heating (*Terms & Conditions apply). This is to offer a peace of mind option to our customers who just want the issue sorted no matter what the issue may be. The cost covers the initial call out, the second call out, the parts and labour involved in the repair. A comprehensive option to ensure any issues are repaired.

Yes, the price is fixed on both the £89.99 and £299 repair visits.
1 hour call out inspection – Our engineer will investigate the heating issue, diagnose, and potentially complete the repair. If this is not possible then a quote for the heating repair will be issued to you. You do not have to proceed with the quote if you don't want to.
Your quote will be valid for 7 days, for which we will follow up with you if you would like to proceed with the work. There is no obligation to proceed with the quote, you will retain control during this process.
There will be an upfront payment for each service. For the Total Heating Repair Service, this will be the only payment you make. For the Heating Repair Callout Service, there may be further charges quoted to you, though you will have the final say whether you would like that work carried out.
Yes, you can either choose an AM or PM appointment via our booking calendar.
We cover all areas of Mainland UK. (Wales, England and Scoland) Our network of engineers (Warminstallers) is robust throughout the Mainland UK, so you’ll never be left waiting when an issue arises.
All of our engineers are Gas-Safe Registered and DBS-checked.
We understand the trust you place in us when we send an engineer into your home. This is a responsibility we take very seriously, and will never take a risk in compromising your trust with us.

We try to ensure we get an Engineer out to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this does depend on the availability of engineers who can realistically travel to your address. Please be assured, we will make sure that you are informed on every step of this repair process.
